Thank you for browsing my website. A little more about me: I am Anouk,

a background artist based in the Netherlands, but I also do 2d animation.

 

I love creating a sense of atmosphere in my art. I'm very inspired by old buildings and antique furniture as well as music. Whenever I’m somewhere old and worn, I ask myself if these walls could talk, what stories could they tell?  that thought inspires me to create backgrounds.

I deeply value being able to work with an ambitious team where open communication and feedback is key. I'm always open to learn new perspectives, programs, etc. and consider myself an effective listener.
